Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped using the most convenient and time conscious couriers available at the time.

Shipping information and Tracking numbers will be supplied upon order fulfilment.

Shipping costs vary between products and will be calculated at checkout.

If you have made an order of in stock and out of stock items, we will ensure you get your items as soon as possible. In some cases this may mean in multiple deliveries. This will also be the case for pre order items.

 

Standard post will be chosen by default for all orders, if you select express delivery it will be charged accordingly.

Standard Delivery: Est 3-5 business days after date of dispatch

Express: Est 1-3 Business days after date of dispatch

Shipping times may vary based on location and is out of our control. Remote areas will likely experience longer waits but we ensure your parcel is on its way!

If in the event that you order does not reach its destination an inquiry to the postal service will be made. If it cannot be located we will bear the responsibility of the lost item and send your lost items again.
