With adjustable exhaust sound at the touch of a button, you can keep things quieter and more comfortable during highway cruising, then open the VAREX valve when it's time to hit the tracks for a stronger exhaust note and a more open-flowing exhaust path.
Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a complete brushed finish, the system features 2.5" exhaust pipework, a perforated hotdog-style midpipe resonator and a 6.5" round VAREX rear muffler with single-valve operation. When the valve is open, the exhaust takes a freer-flowing path, making it a versatile option for Jimny owners looking for sound and flow when tackling off-road adventures.
Designed for the demands of touring and off-road driving, the system utilises factory chassis hanger points and includes upgraded 3-point muffler rubber mounts. An anti-sway design helps minimise excessive exhaust movement over rough and uneven terrain. The kit includes a 4" polished dual-wall angled tip, with an extension pipe supplied for 5-door XL long-wheelbase models.
